INSTRUCTIONS FOR CAMERA READY PAPER SUBMISSION

Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper to the 4th Petascale Data Workshop!

Here are the instructions to follow in order to have your paper included in the ACM Digital Library conference proceedings.

1. Copyright Release

Please download the copyright release form, fill it in according to the attached instructions and fax it to Joan Digney at 412-268-3010. This form MUST be submitted in order to have your paper included.

2. Camera Ready Preparation

Please download or match one of ACM's templates to format your paper.

Make sure to incude the copyright release statement at the bottom of the left column on the first page.

The text in this section should read:

Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. To copy otherwise, to republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee.

3. Camera Ready Submission

Camera ready submissions are due on November 9, 2009, 11:59pm.

The paper submission site has been reopened for you to upload your final version. Log in, click on your original submission, click edit paper and upload your "final copy".
